Job Description
As a (Junior) Customer Success professional at revel8, you will own customer relationships and ensure clients achieve measurable impact using the platform. You will lead onboarding, support adoption, act as a technical point of contact, and help shape scalable Customer Success processes in a fast-growing startup environment.
This role is well suited for someone with early experience in client-facing SaaS roles who enjoys technical problem-solving, autonomy, and close customer collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and own relationships with 20–40 customers, mainly in the DACH region
Lead onboarding processes and support long-term customer adoption
Act as a technical expert on the revel8 platform and best practices
Advise customers on achieving cybersecurity awareness and resilience goals
Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify improvement or expansion opportunities
Identify upsell and growth opportunities based on customer needs
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to build and refine scalable CS playbooks
Candidate Profile
Initial experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or a similar client-facing role
Background in or exposure to B2B SaaS environments preferred
Strong technical aptitude with curiosity to deeply understand products
Interest in AI, cybersecurity, and security awareness training
Self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously
Enjoys fast-paced, hands-on startup environments
Collaborative mindset with confidence to ask questions and challenge ideas
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
