Job Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will support Volvo Group customers across Europe when one of their vehicles experiences a breakdown. The role involves taking full ownership of each case, coordinating with repair dealers, and keeping customers informed until the issue is resolved.

Using your language skills and problem-solving abilities, you will help ensure vehicles are returned to service as quickly and smoothly as possible, delivering peace of mind and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers dealing with international vehicle breakdowns across Europe
Take full ownership of cases from initial contact through resolution
Communicate regularly with repair dealers and update customers on progress
Provide clear, confident, and empathetic communication to customers
Apply creative and proactive problem-solving when standard solutions are not sufficient
Work closely with team members across multiple international locations
Contribute to a collaborative, customer-first team culture
