Role Description
As a Delivery Driver at GSF Car Parts, you will represent the company directly to customers, delivering automotive parts within a local delivery area of up to 40 miles from the branch. You will be responsible for meeting delivery deadlines, maintaining vehicle standards, and supporting branch operations when required.
This role combines driving, customer interaction, and basic warehouse support, making reliability and professionalism essential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver automotive parts to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
Provide consistently high levels of customer service
Load delivery vehicles in line with company procedures
Collect customer returns when required
Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance tasks
Share customer feedback and competitor insights with branch teams
Assist with warehouse duties as required
Support inter-branch transfer deliveries
Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes
Candidate Requirements
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Minimum of 3 years driving experience
Previous experience in a delivery driver role
Good knowledge of the local delivery area
Strong customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines with reliable timekeeping
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to go beyond basic expectations
