Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring cleanliness, order, and attention to detail across all guest rooms, suites, public areas, and staff areas. You will lead and coordinate the housekeeping team while maintaining the hotel’s luxury service standards and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect cleaned guest rooms and public and staff areas daily according to hotel quality standards
Organise, guide, and supervise the housekeeping team
Work with hotel software systems, including Opera Cloud
Co-manage guest laundry, internal laundry operations, and uniform distribution
Order and manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally
Manage lost and found items accurately and responsibly
Train new employees, apprentices, and interns
