Role Description
As a Warehouse Helper, you will be part of a logistics team responsible for handling, preparing, and dispatching goods efficiently. The work is physical but manageable, with parcel weights up to approximately 2 kg. No industrial vehicle license is required.
This position is suitable for both entry-level candidates and those with prior warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking incoming goods
- Sorting and organizing warehouse items
- Packing orders and preparing shipments
- Loading and unloading deliveries using a manual pallet truck
- Supporting daily warehouse operations as part of a team
Candidate Requirements
You must meet the following criteria:
- English language skills at A2 level or German at A1 level
- Current residence in Germany with immediate availability
- Ability to arrive at the workplace by 05:30 AM
- Independent commuting capability
- Public transport access available only from:
- Germersheim
- Ludwigshafen
- Limburgerhof
- Lingenfeld
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred but not required:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Working Schedule
- Two-shift system:
- Morning: 05:30 – 13:40
- Afternoon: 13:40 – 22:00
- Fridays until 21:20
- Availability to work one Saturday per month
Salary & Benefits
- €14.53 gross per hour, paid on time under collective agreement
